Cameryn Cortese is an Office Coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Syracuse University, a part-time graduate student, and a full-time dreamer. The road has not been an easy one for her, but she enjoys a challenge and embraces the odd turns that life can take. Her master’s program has allowed her to expand her work skillset and understanding of the world of sports. She currently has one year left of her program; however, she has been contemplating earning a PhD in sport management.
Before starting her master’s, Cameryn enrolled at Syracuse University as an undergraduate in Aug. 2016. In May 2019, she graduated Cume Laude with a degree in sport management and a focus in event management and gameday operations. During her senior year, Cameryn joined the Syracuse University football team as a student manager, where she worked closely with the running back coaches and was able to travel with the team to the Camping World Bowl.
Cameryn has worked to achieve her dreams and learn as many skills as possible for the past six years. Some of her accomplishments include becoming a self-published author, skilled crocheter, long-distance runner, and a seasoned student through her further education.
